QuantiMeet Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel any time, in one click

Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. No support ticket, no retention screen, no phone call. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after that.

2. First paid month: full refund, no questions

If QuantiMeet is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first paid charge and we refund it in full. This applies once per team. Beta participants get the same 30 days from their first paid charge, which for them comes 6 months after launch.

3. After the first month

Monthly plans are billed in advance and we do not prorate partial months when you cancel, except in the situations below where we do refund:

We change something material and you cancel before it takes effect: we refund any prepaid amount for the period after your cancellation (this is the 30-day notice promise in the Fair Pricing Pledge).

We have an outage that keeps you from using the Service for more than 24 hours in a billing period: on request we credit or refund that month.

We charged you in error, or twice: we refund the error as soon as we see it, whether or not you ask.

We discontinue the Service: we refund every prepaid amount for the period after shutdown.

4. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We do not issue refunds as store credit unless you ask for it.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank, please email us at the same time; we resolve nearly everything faster than a chargeback does, and we never fight a legitimate refund.
