QuantiMeet Terms of Service
Version 1.3, effective October 13, 2026.
Effective date: October 13, 2026
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
QuantiMeet ("QuantiMeet", "we", "us") is a hosted scheduling service operated by 1607726 B.C. Ltd., doing business as QuantiMeet, with its registered office at 4479 Marsden Road, Courtenay BC V9N 9M5, Canada (a British Columbia company, incorporation number BC1607726; business name registration FM1119767). Contact: info@quantimeet.com.
These Terms are a contract between you and us. They cover your use of quantimeet.com, every tenant site under *.quantimeet.com, the QuantiMeet API, the video rooms we host, and everything else we provide under the QuantiMeet name (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, joining the beta, or using the Service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you have the authority to bind it, and "you" means that organization.
The Service is for business and professional use by adults. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
2. The Fair Pricing Pledge is part of this contract
The Fair Pricing Pledge published at quantimeet.com is not marketing. Each promise below is a binding term of this agreement, and where any other clause of these Terms conflicts with the Pledge, the Pledge wins.
2.1 Your price is locked. The monthly price in effect when you first subscribe is the price you keep for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. Any future price change applies only to new customers. If you cancel and later return, the then-current price applies.
2.2 Your data is yours. You may export all of your data at any time in open, machine-readable formats from your dashboard or through the API, at no charge. We do not delay, gate, or degrade export.
2.3 Thirty days' notice. We give at least 30 days' written notice, by email to your account address, before any material change to the Service, to these Terms, or to the Privacy Policy takes effect. "Material" means a change that removes or reduces functionality you rely on, changes what you pay, changes how your data is handled, or reduces your rights. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect and we refund any prepaid amount for the period after cancellation.
2.4 One-click cancellation. You can cancel from your dashboard in one click, at any time, without contacting support and without a retention flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you are not charged again.
2.5 No punitive API pricing. The API is included in your plan. There are no per-request fees, no overage charges, and we will not suspend your account for using the API within the published fair-use limits. If you approach a limit we tell you with warning headers and throttle gracefully; we do not cut you off without notice.
2.6 Honest invoices. Every invoice shows the correct legal name of the billing party, the period, the amount, and applicable taxes, and remains available in your account history.
2.7 No bait and switch. We will not convert the Service to a free tier and later remove it, and we will not remove features from the plan you are paying for and sell them back to you as an add-on.
3. Plans, pricing and the launch promo
3.1 The standard plan is $10 per month, per team, in Canadian dollars, with unlimited users and all features included. Taxes are added where the law requires.
3.2 Launch promo. Public launch is October 20, 2026. The launch promo is CA$5 per month for the first six monthly billing periods, then CA$10 per month, for teams that subscribe between October 20, 2026 at 00:00 and November 20, 2026 at 23:59 Pacific Time, and for anyone who joined the launch list (the waitlist) at quantimeet.com before October 20, 2026 at 00:00 Pacific Time, whenever they subscribe. A launch-list member gets the promo when they subscribe with the email address they joined with. The CA$10 that follows is the locked price under 2.1. All dates and times in these Terms are Pacific Time (America/Vancouver).
3.3 Beta ("the first 25"). From September 22, 2026 (Beta Day) we admit up to 25 teams to a free beta. Beta teams pay nothing during the beta and nothing for their first 6 months after the October 20 launch: they are free until April 20, 2027 at 00:00 Pacific Time, then CA$10 per month, which is their locked price under 2.1. Beta terms are in section 4.
3.4 Dedicated instance and chosen data location are premium options priced separately when offered; their prices, once you subscribe to them, are locked under 2.1 in the same way.
3.5 Billing is monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Failed payments are retried; if payment fails for 14 days we may suspend the account, and we restore it as soon as payment succeeds. We do not delete data because of a failed payment during the first 90 days of non-payment.
4. Beta terms
4.1 Beta is free, and stays free for 6 months after launch. Beta participants pay nothing from Beta Day (September 22, 2026) until April 20, 2027 at 00:00 Pacific Time. No payment method is required to join the beta.
4.2 What you are getting. The beta is the product as it is being built. The feature list at quantimeet.com shows which features are live, in beta, or still being built, and we keep it current. Features marked "Building" are not available yet and may change before launch.
4.3 Your data carries over. When the Service launches, your account, settings, event types, bookings and data continue without interruption. Nothing is reset.
4.4 What happens at launch and after. Nothing changes for you on October 20, 2026; your team keeps running at no charge. At least 30 days before your first charge (due April 20, 2027) we email you the amount (CA$10 per month, locked), the date, and how to add a payment method. If you do not add one by that date, your account moves to a read-only state so you can still export everything, and it is deleted 60 days later unless you subscribe. You can cancel and delete at any time before that.
4.5 Beta feedback. If you send us feedback, suggestions or bug reports, you allow us to use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you. We do not use your bookings, contacts or content for anything except running the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
4.6 Beta stability. The beta is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and we keep backups, but section 11 (limitation of liability) applies with particular force to the beta period. Please keep your own export if your data is critical.
5. Your account and your responsibilities
5.1 Keep your login credentials secure and enable two-factor authentication where offered. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5.2 You are responsible for the content you put into the Service and for having the right to share the personal information of your bookers and contacts with us. Where you use the Service to collect information from your own clients, you are the controller of that information and we process it on your behalf (Privacy Policy, section 3).
5.3 Acceptable use. You may not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attack or probe our systems or other tenants, to resell the Service without our written agreement, or to host content that is unlawful, abusive or malicious. Automated use through the API is welcome within the fair-use limits.
5.4 Fair use. The Service is priced flat. In return, "unlimited users" means the people on your team, and "unmetered video" means your team's meetings. If a single team's usage is so far outside normal that it affects other customers, we contact you first and work it out; we do not suspend without notice.
6. Our responsibilities
6.1 We host the Service on infrastructure we operate in Canada. We keep daily backups and test restores. We aim for the Service to be available continuously, and we publish planned maintenance in advance where we can.
6.2 Support. We answer support requests by email within one business day, and usually within hours.
6.3 Security. We use encryption in transit, isolate each team's data in its own database, restrict access to production systems, and notify you without undue delay if a security incident affects your data.
7. Data, privacy and confidentiality
7.1 The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. It forms part of these Terms.
7.2 Your data belongs to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it to train models, and we do not share it except as the Privacy Policy describes (our processors, and legal requirements).
7.3 On termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it from live systems and it ages out of backups within 35 days.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 We own the Service and its software, branding and documentation. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
8.2 You own your content and data. You give us only the licence needed to host, display and process it for you.
8.3 QuantiMeet is built on open-source software, including code licensed under the MIT and Apache 2.0 licences. Those licences and their notices are preserved in the software. QuantiMeet is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cal.com, Inc. or any other provider named for comparison.
9. Video rooms
Video meetings run on servers we operate. Guests do not need an account. We do not record meetings unless you turn recording on, and where recording is available it is your responsibility to obtain any consent the law requires from participants.
10. Changes, suspension and termination
10.1 Changes follow the Pledge (section 2.3).
10.2 We may suspend an account without notice only where necessary to stop an active security threat, illegal activity, or abuse that is harming others. In every other case we contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
10.3 You may end this agreement at any time by cancelling (section 2.4). We may end it with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach that is not cured after notice. If we discontinue the Service, we give at least 90 days' notice and keep export available throughout.
11. Warranties and limitation of liability
11.1 Except as stated expressly in these Terms and the Pledge, the Service is provided "as is", and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.
11.2 To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or $100 CAD if greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits or lost data where you have not kept an export. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Before starting a claim, you and we agree to try to resolve any dispute by contacting each other in writing and negotiating in good faith for 30 days. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction, and you may also use any consumer protection process available to you where you live.
13. General
If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it to a successor that agrees to honour the Pledge. Notices to you go to your account email; notices to us go to info@quantimeet.com. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Pledge are the whole agreement.
