Branded booking pages
Make your booking pages look like your business: your logo, your brand colour, light or dark pages, and a line of your own words at the top and at the bottom.
LiveBranded booking pages are live for every team, in Settings > Branding.
Who can change it
- Owner and admins. Change the branding and save it.
- Members. Open the page and see the preview. The form is greyed out for them.
Set it up
- Open Settings and choose Branding.
- Under Logo, select Choose a logo: a PNG or SVG file, up to 512 KB, and a PNG up to 2048 pixels a side. It uploads as soon as you choose it.
- Pick your Brand colour, or type it as #RRGGBB, for example #00B9D9.
- Choose a Booking page theme: each visitor's own setting (as today), always light, or always dark.
- Add a Welcome line under your logo (up to 160 characters) and a Footer line at the bottom of each booking page (up to 200). Both are plain text; leave one empty for none.
- Check the Preview beside the form, then select Save.
Buttons stay readable whatever colour you pick. If white text would be hard to read on your colour, buttons use a darker shade of it; if black text would, a lighter one. The page tells you when it does.
Where it shows
- Your booking pages: each member's event types, your team event types and private links, the page after a booking, each member's page and your team page.
- Booking emails for bookings made on those pages: the confirmation, reschedule and cancellation emails, to guests and hosts. They carry a bar in your colour and your logo. Mail apps do not show SVG images, so with an SVG logo the emails show your team's name instead.
- An embedded booking page on your own website shows no logo, welcome line or footer line. It uses your brand colour, unless your embed code sets a colour of its own.
Hide the QuantiMeet name
Tick Hide the QuantiMeet name on your booking pages and your booking pages' browser tab titles end with your page's own name instead of "QuantiMeet". The line on the booking form about QuantiMeet's Terms and Privacy Policy stays: it tells your guests how their details are handled.
Limits
- One look for the whole team, not one per event type. No custom fonts or CSS, and no browser tab icon from your logo.
- Your logo is kept in your team's own database and served from your team's own address. An SVG is rebuilt before it is used: scripts, links and anything it would load from elsewhere are left out.
- BetaWorkflow emails, in beta, the reminders among them, keep QuantiMeet's standard look.
