Invite members and make admins
Everyone who takes bookings for your business is a member of one team. The Members page, in your dashboard's sidebar, is where the owner manages them, and everyone on the team can see who is on it.
LiveMembers, round-robin and collective events are live for every team.
Who can do what
- Member. Sees the team's event types and their own bookings, and is booked as a host wherever an event type includes them.
- Admin. Everything a member can, and also creates, edits and deletes team event types and sees every team booking.
- Owner. Everything an admin can, and also invites, removes and changes roles, and renames the team. A team has one owner, and the Members page cannot change who it is.
Invite someone
- Open Members and, under Add a member, enter their email and name.
- Select Send invitation. They get an email saying they have been added to your team, with a link to set their password.
- The link works once, for 72 hours. If it runs out, they open your team's sign-in page,
your-team.quantimeet.com/auth/login, select Forgot? and ask for a new password link.
They need no account beforehand. From the moment you add them they can be booked, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm in your team's time zone, on every team event type set to include all members. Their username comes from the part of their email before the @.
Make someone an admin
Next to their name, select Make admin. Make member turns it back.
Remove someone
Select Remove next to their name. They can no longer sign in or take new bookings, they stop being a host on your team's event types, and their own event types are hidden. Nothing is deleted. Bookings they already have still go ahead unless you cancel them, and the page tells you how many there are. You can add them back later; they return as a member.
Rename your team
In the Team section of Members, change the team name (2 to 80 characters) and select Save.
