Time zones
Every time on QuantiMeet belongs to a time zone. Set your schedule's time zone right and the rest follows.
LiveBooking pages show each visitor the times in their own time zone, and they can change it on the page.
Your schedule's time zone
Your availability is a schedule, and each schedule has its own time zone. Every new team starts with Working Hours in Vancouver time (America/Vancouver), and everyone you add to your team starts in your team's time zone. If you work somewhere else, open Availability, choose the schedule, and set its time zone there: a schedule keeps its own, whatever your profile says.
British Columbia from November 1, 2026
British Columbia stops changing its clocks: from November 1, 2026 it keeps its summer time all year. QuantiMeet has the new rule, so a 5pm slot in Vancouver time stays 5pm in BC, and booking emails name the zone in full, like America/Vancouver.
In winter, BC is then an hour ahead of the US West Coast. If your team works there, set your schedules to Los Angeles time (America/Los_Angeles), not Vancouver time. Where a short zone name is shown, BC time may read PDT all year; the time itself is right.
Windows and "British Columbia Standard Time"
Windows has a time zone called British Columbia Standard Time, shown as "(UTC-07:00) Pacific Time (British Columbia)". With it, Chrome does not tell websites which time zone you are in, and runs its clock an hour behind BC time.
QuantiMeet handles this: booking pages and your dashboard work as usual, and show times in Vancouver time, which is right for BC. Other websites may show times an hour off in that browser; that is for the browser's maker to fix.
