Your data: export and deletion

Your team's data belongs to you. Here is what our Terms and Privacy Policy promise, and how to use those promises today.

What the Terms promise

• Export at any time. You may export all of your data at any time, in open, machine-readable formats, from your dashboard or through the API, at no charge (Terms, section 2.2).
• Nothing sold, nothing trained on. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train models (section 7.2).
• After you leave. You can export your data for 30 days. Then we delete it from live systems, and it ages out of backups within 35 days (section 7.3).
• Beta teams. A beta team that has not added a payment method when its first charge falls due becomes read-only, so it can still export everything, and is deleted 60 days later unless it subscribes (section 4.4).
• A failed payment does not delete data during the first 90 days (section 3.5).

Ask for an export today

The export button the Terms describe is not in your dashboard yet. Until it is, email privacy@quantimeet.com and name your team's address. We send you an export of all of your team's data. We answer every privacy request within 30 days (Privacy Policy, section 9).

Ask for a deletion

Email privacy@quantimeet.com and say what to delete: one person's information, or your whole team. A deleted team's database leaves our live systems, and its backups age out within 35 days. Invoices and tax records are kept for 7 years, as Canadian tax law requires (Privacy Policy, section 8).

Where your data lives

• LiveEach team has its own database, with its own credentials and its own encryption key, on servers in Canada.
• LiveEvery team's database is backed up nightly, encrypted, to a second server.
• BuildingChoosing which server holds your database is being built.

The emails we send pass through our mail server in the United States (Privacy Policy, section 7).
