QuantiMeet vs Calendly for a team of 10

Calendly charges for each person who hosts meetings. QuantiMeet charges one price for the whole team, however many people are on it. Here is that arithmetic for ten people, with Calendly's own published prices, and a plain list of what QuantiMeet does not do yet.

The arithmetic

Ten peopleBilled monthlyBilled yearly
Calendly Standard
US$12 per seat/month, or US$10 billed yearly
US$120/monthUS$100/month
US$1,200 a year
Calendly Teams
US$20 per seat/month, or US$16 billed yearly
US$200/monthUS$160/month
US$1,920 a year
QuantiMeet
one price for the whole team, unlimited users
CA$10/monthmonthly only
CA$120 a year

Calendly needs a seat for each person who connects a calendar or hosts meetings, so ten hosts are ten seats. An eleventh person adds US$20/month on Calendly Teams billed monthly; on QuantiMeet it adds nothing. For a team of ten, QuantiMeet's CA$10/month works out to CA$1 per person.

QuantiMeet opens to everyone on October 20, 2026. Launch promo: sign up from October 20 to November 20, 2026 (Pacific Time) and pay CA$5/month for your first 6 months, then CA$10/month, locked for as long as you stay.

Where Calendly's numbers come from. Calendly's prices as published at calendly.com/pricing on September 23, 2026, in US dollars, before any add-ons. QuantiMeet charges in Canadian dollars, and adds tax where the law requires. We have not converted either currency. Calendly's Enterprise plan starts at US$15k a year and at 50 seats, so it is not in this table. Prices change: check the source before you decide.

What the flat price does not buy you yet

A lower price is only a fair comparison if you can see what is missing. Calendly lists these features on its pricing page today. Here is where each one stands at QuantiMeet, read from the same status file as our homepage, so it changes the moment something ships.
