Round-robin and collective events

A team event type is booked on your team's page and handled by more than one person. There are two kinds.

LiveRound-robin and collective events are live for every team.

• Round robin. One host per booking, taken in turn: whoever was booked least recently, adjusted by priority and weights.
• Collective. Every host attends every booking, so a time is offered only when all of them are free.

Create one

1. As the owner or an admin, open Event types and select your team's New.
2. Name it. Its link appears under /team/your-team/. Select Continue.
3. On the Assignment tab, choose Round robin or Collective under Scheduling type, and add hosts. Every host must be a member of your team.

Round robin has three more settings. Fixed hosts join every booking alongside the round-robin host. Weights share bookings unevenly: a host with weight 200 gets about twice the bookings of one with 100. Add a group picks one host from each group for every booking.

Your team page

Team event types are booked at your-team.quantimeet.com/team/your-team/your-link, and your-team.quantimeet.com/team/your-team lists them all. Once it lists one, a visitor who opens your team's address without signing in lands there.

Video and emails

For video, choose QuantiMeet Video with your team's name as the location: one room for the booking, whichever host takes it. In round robin, the person booking and the assigned host get the confirmation. In collective, every host gets an invitation. When a booking is cancelled, its hosts are told.

Not available

Moving a round-robin booking to another host, and managed event types, are not available on QuantiMeet.

BuildingRouting forms, which ask a few questions and send each booker to the right person, are being built.
