Switching to QuantiMeet
Two ways across: from Cal.com, we import your setup for you; from Calendly or anywhere else, the checklist below gets you there by hand.
Importing from Cal.com
BetaThe importer is in beta. You do not run it: we run it for you, on request.
- You need a QuantiMeet team first. Email info@quantimeet.com and ask for an import.
- We reply with the steps: in Cal.com you create a temporary access key under Settings, then Security, with the shortest expiry Cal.com offers, and send it in your reply. We use it once, to read your setup. It never reads your bookings.
- We send you a report before anything is written: what comes across unchanged, what changes and how, and what does not come across and why.
- Nothing is written into your team until you say yes, in writing.
- We import, and send you your new booking links and anything to set up by hand. Delete the key in Cal.com as soon as we confirm we have read your setup.
What comes across: your own event types, with their booking questions, limits and buffers; your schedules, with their time zones and date overrides; and your profile basics. Every video location becomes QuantiMeet Video. Your bookings stay in Cal.com until they happen, so keep that account until the last one has. Moving from Cal.com lists what does not come across, and why.
BuildingTaking payment on a booking is being built, so a paid event type comes across hidden.
Switching from Calendly: a checklist
There is no import from Calendly. Set up by hand, in this order:
- Write down what you have: each event type's name, length, questions and buffers, and your working hours.
- Recreate it in QuantiMeet: your event types, then Working Hours with your time zone. See Getting started.
- Connect your calendar, so your busy time blocks your booking page. See Connect your calendar.
- Add your staff on Members, and set up any round-robin or collective events.
- Book yourself a test meeting through your new link, and check the confirmation email and the video link.
- Swap your links: your website's buttons, your email signature, your social profiles and anything you send to clients.
- Keep your old account until your last booking there has happened, then close it.
Cal.com and Calendly are trademarks of their owners. QuantiMeet is not affiliated with or endorsed by either.
