Getting started

From sign-up to your first booking link in a few minutes. Your team gets its own address, like your-team.quantimeet.com, and everything below happens there.

1. Create your team

Paid sign-up opens with the public launch on October 20, 2026. Until then, teams join through the free beta while it has places.

The free beta sign-up

The form asks for your team's name, your email, and your address: 3 to 40 lowercase letters, digits and hyphens, which become your-address.quantimeet.com. Choose it with care, because it is in every booking link you share. When your team is ready, the page says so and we email you a link to set your password.

2. Set your password and sign in

The email is titled "Your QuantiMeet team is ready: set your password". Its link works once, for 72 hours. Set a password, then sign in at your-team.quantimeet.com/auth/login with your email. If the link has run out, open that sign-in page, select Forgot? and ask for a new password link.

Your dashboard suggests turning on two-step sign-in. Do it: the owner's account can see every booking in your business.

3. Check your working hours

Every new team starts with a schedule called Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, in Vancouver time (America/Vancouver). If your team works somewhere else, open Availability, choose Working Hours, and set its time zone and hours. Time zones explains why this matters from November 1, 2026.

4. Your first event type

Your team already has one: Intro Call, 30 minutes, with a QuantiMeet Video room on every booking. Open Event types to change its title, length or description, or select New to make another.

5. Share your link

The owner's username is owner, so your booking links read your-team.quantimeet.com/owner/intro-call. Copy public page link, in the sidebar, copies the address of your page that lists them all. Event types that belong to the whole team live on your team page instead: see Round-robin and collective events.
